Begin at 9:00 a.m. at San Pedro Market, continue with a cooking demonstration at Pachapapa and an included lunch, then make your own chocolate in a hands-on workshop at ChocoMuseo. Licensed English- or Spanish-speaking guide and sample fruits are included.

Day 1 — Cusco Culinary Experience
Begin your culinary experience in Cusco with a visit to San Pedro Market, one of the city’s most colorful and lively local markets. Here, you can experience everyday life in Cusco and see where local families shop for fresh ingredients and daily essentials. Continue to Pachapapa, one of Cusco’s popular restaurants, for a cooking demonstration. Learn more about Peruvian cuisine and see how local ingredients are used to create contemporary dishes inspired by Peru’s culinary traditions. A cooking demonstration and lunch are included in the experience.
Finish the experience with a visit to ChocoMuseo, where you will learn about cacao and the process of transforming cacao beans into chocolate. During this fun, hands-on workshop, you will have the opportunity to make your own chocolate while learning more about one of Peru’s most fascinating agricultural products. The experience at Pachapapa is a cooking demonstration rather than a hands-on cooking class. Lunch is included.
