Luggage Storage

Since this is a 2-day tour, we recommend bringing only a small backpack with essential items. Your main luggage can be stored at your hotel in Cusco (most hotels offer free storage).

If needed, luggage storage at our office may also be arranged in advance. We advise keeping valuables in your hotel’s safe.

Pick-Up Information

Hotel pick-up is available within Cusco city. We strongly recommend staying in the historic center for easier access.

Your exact pick-up time will be reconfirmed one day before departure. Please note that traffic conditions and narrow streets in Cusco may cause slight timing variations.

Group Tours

If you booked the group service, please note that travelers of different ages and fitness levels may participate. Each person is free to explore Machu Picchu at their own pace during the designated time.

Your professional guide will coordinate the visit according to the assigned circuit and schedule.

The assigned circuit depends on availability at the time of booking. We always aim to secure the best available option for your selected date.

Can I add Huayna Picchu or Machu Picchu Mountain?

Yes, both hikes can be added for an additional cost, subject to permit availability. Advance reservation is required.

What type of train is included?

The tour includes Expedition or Voyager service. Upgrades to Vistadome are available upon request.

Where will I stay in Aguas Calientes?

You will stay in a comfortable hotel located in Aguas Calientes town. Upgrades to higher-category hotels are available upon request.

How much walking is involved?

There is moderate walking inside Machu Picchu, including stone paths and stairs. A reasonable level of mobility is recommended.

Can I leave from the Sacred Valley instead of Cusco?

Yes, pickup or drop-off in Ollantaytambo can be arranged upon request.

What happens if my train schedule changes?

Train schedules are subject to availability. If adjustments are required, we will coordinate the best alternative and inform you in advance.
