Day 1 — Cusco Walking & Culinary Experience
Meet your licensed English- or Spanish-speaking guide and explore San Pedro Market, one of Cusco’s most colorful local markets. Discover fresh fruits and vegetables, Andean herbs, spices, meats, cheeses and grains while observing daily life and hearing Spanish and Quechua throughout the market.
Walk to Pachapapa Restaurant in San Blas for a demonstration of traditional Cusco cuisine. Learn about Andean cooking techniques such as clay-pot and charcoal-fired preparation, then enjoy an included à la carte lunch.

The Pachapapa experience is a cooking demonstration rather than a hands-on cooking class. Lunch is included.
